A veteran and yet a constant learner, his advice is extremely sought after in the industry. He is in business in construction line for last 20 years and has earned good rapport. Being an engineer he has got expertise and got respect and confidence in business deals. His business interest are entirely focused towards construction activity and being engineers he enjoys it too.

Colum has last 11 years experience in both contracting and development and is currently heading up a number of Rehanam key projects including residential and Gov. Project.

He has established protocols and led teams successfully on many contracts and has industry gaining extensive and diverse experience in the education, commercial, residential, healthcare and infrastructure sectors.
